What kind of help do you need and where do you want to go? If you use an agent's services you have to expect to pay his/her fee, which is usually 2 - 3 times monthly rental. The fee is negotiable but the agent won't tell you that. Of course it's not negotiable after you've made the deal. The local papers, especially on Saturday are full of offers.
