i had this with my
subaru forester
after 3 sets discs i got it right - got 3rd set free
but it was suggested i use a dial guage to make sure disc runout was within acceptable limit
basically if the runout is wrong, the disc isnt perfectly alligned with the pads/calipers
so as disc goes around it rubs at a high point on each side the the disc, and after a few 100-1000 miles this ...

A question for all you mot testers out there.
My dog has chewed one of the 3rd row
seat belts - about halfway through and quite obvious. However I have removed the 2 rear seats anyway. Due for an mot in Dec. My question is, will the 3rd row belts be included in the test as they are not in use?? Should I remove them altogether? Or maybe I should just leave the dog in the car...

The mount I use is the one that needs a wingnut and protrudes about 25mm when the twig is off.
Tommo's is the screw in type but after a while it starts to twist as you replace or ...

I think there's a thread on it on PradoPoint.com somewhere - do a search?
Do you think the reflectors / wiring / lens etc. will cope? That's one thing that's put me off - I'd rather replace the stock wiring
loom so it puts proper power through and you get better light!
Cheers
