You can get LSD's (aka Posi), lockers, or spools. Check Marlin Crawler, All Pro, Randys Ring+Pinion, for starters.

I think there is also an outfit in Canada that makes all the body panels in fiberglass. toyotafiberglass.com Just in case you didn't know Body parts for the 1979 to 1983 trucks are for the most part the same except for the head lights and the tail gate handles

Does it do it with the hubs locked but in 2WD?
Have you pulled the diff drain plug to see if any metal comes out with the gear oil ? (you don't have to drain it, just let enough out to get an idea)
Have you ever checked the level or ever changed it?
Did you ever grease the hubs?

What have you done so far? I would start as to why she blew, assume you may
have water/coolant saturation in electric, timing chain still working, can
the crank be rotated by hand, by gripping the pulley? ( I check that just
to give me a baseline)

Use reverse twist bolt extractors. Sears sells good ones fairly cheap.
Drill the proper hole size a 1/2inch down the center of the bolt, insert extractor, attach proper size wrench and it should come out.
Also, how about some pics of your 911T ? I love the 70's models.

There's no gain in fuel economy and not hardly any gain in power. So it's a whole lot of work and complication for what? The cheapest place to get a computer is at a self service auto wrecking yard like Pick N Pull and Pick A Part

my only guess is that when your hit your brake pedal, your brake lights come on and draw current from your system which results in your idle drop. Does it happen when your turn on your headlights, radio, or other accessories? Maybe your battery or alternator are going out. Good luck, just a guess...

Check the valve cover gasket and two half moon seals (one front, one back).
It's just a god idea to replace these anyway. Most often neglected part on
a 22R. Probably hard as a rock. Other popular spot is the front main seal.
Usually occurs because of over fill on the oil. Sounds like your speedo is
toast. Ebay.
