Thanks No cracks, I always check my equipment, Im a little anal about the trucks i drive. Speaking of anal some one asked for specs and pics 04 Int 4300 dt 612 century 12 ton boom 9k under reach those are retracted MAX #'s And a Cleaner pic No armor all I ran out dam it.

length is good but the 1016 is by far the best md wrecker around, it runs more like a heavy than any other md I have run.

it looks like you are using that centry under reach to try to keep the wrecker from moving.. bad idea.. the under reach was not designed for that type of load..

Nothing the matter with that tow at all Jason. I really like that M.D. M2 for sure. Going the extra mile very rarely costs it usually pays.

I have towed them from that frame bar before, but don't use it for long distances... Go for the front axle. Be safe out there....

Looking at this post made think of a question on rear engine buses when you tow them from the front, is there anything special you have to do the trans or axles? Cant say I have ever run across one of this yet!! Nice towes,awesome truck!!!Thanks for sharing!

No picture? I see other towing companies all the time cutting steps out of the job and I will take a photo and visit them afterwards. Some times it really can be chalked up to forgetfullness but most of the time it is just some one being lazy. We all work for seperate companies but the general public does not see it that way, it only takes one lazy person to cause many people to think we all are ...

I don't have any idea on the weight, but that truck was built less than a mile from my house. Any of the service trucks with an imt or stellar crane are built in Garner Iowa. Two seperate companies in a small town that ship those truck all over the world
