I've gone for Replenishment, I love this new idea (as well as attrition) and because it's automatic the AI no longer has to remember to replenish it's units anymore so it's a win win situation for the player

Replenishment hands down... I've just started playing NTW today and it was helluva fun to see how the system encourages you to keep your army coz the replenishment numbers depends on how many soldiers you have left... Got to say Kudos to the CA guys for coming up with all of those new features, and my thanks for listening to our comments in the past year... Got to say that Italian and Egyptian campaigns were challenging and exciting...

Definitly would have to be a Shogun 2, that would be incredible.

I'd also opt for Replenishments - but I had to choose one so I went with the diplomacy.

I chose diplomacy simply because I dont have Nappy and therefore don't know how the other options effect gameplay LOL

I went for the General's abilities.  Improved diplomacy would be great but I don't think anyone will ever be happy with whatever the result comes out to be.  That would be my second choice though!

Diplomacy

The first five would greatly enhance my gameplay in E:TW, but i had to choose Diplomacy as prio, steamrolling is fun the first time, but to add replayability (sp?) , it is fun to really strip an opponent of all allies and trade before you launch the attack, or request an ally to join if things go dire

It was a very difficult choice to make, but I went with replenishment, because of what a large impact it has on the gameplay.
