Stupid act, but maybe the reaction has been somewhat over the top. Was a reunion for a show that ran during the 80's/90's and the act was a repeat of one of the shows from that era.
Stupid yes, and can definitely understand the reaction, but not intentionally racist.
That and I am sure there are far worse examples of racism throughout the world than this.
