This is my saddest experience ever I teleported to a friend, and he had higher laff, so he was a TOTALLY different person and stinked me and called me a noob, etc. His friend joined in, too. Later we made up but we weren't friends again. He logged off, and we never met again.

I think it's somewhere in the middle. There are probably just more people now that can't pay for an account with this economy. But, I still see lots of big toons. Not too too many outside of River though, but they are out there.

Some toon today kept going behind my back (literally) and dancing, and started screaming that I was a hacker.
In Lawbot HQ, of all places! He was very close to being a maxed toon as well, which really shocked me.
