These are good questions and I'm not sure of the answers for a non Club member. As a CLUB member, you can have say a 6500 point package and a 3000 point package and they would be under the same account so you should only have to pay one trust fee and would be able to book reservations for the total of 9500 point amount. Question for a TRUST but not CLUB member. Are you able to book reservations for 50% off when in the 59 day window? My...

They could not find anything in writing other than the clause we can change the rules at any time in the future, so I would just like to state that not all units can be obtained via upgrade. I booked a 2 bedroom at KBC and asked for the presidential unit. I had the second most expensive unit and the only other 2 bedroom unit. They stated they have never upgraded anyone to the Presidential at KBC. Anyways they must declare the rules, even if...

Ditto on the advice if they are 75% off the regular points value. Look at booking two weeks for the cost of one week.

Get the trip planned out and book right away. The specials come and go. However, if too many people take advantage of them before you do, its history!!! I say book IMMEDIATELY and cancel outside the 90 day window if you change your mind.

Ok....I'm confused . Whats the difference between the Sunset and Mesa rooms besides the huge point costs? Right now I'm assuming this: Old and original part of the resort: Lowest point cost. The new Mesa section (built under Sunterra): Middle level of point cost. The Sunset section (started by Sunterra finished by Diamond): Highest point cost. Am I assuming correctly? One ...

Hi, I recently found this site after attending the KBC timeshare presentation in Maui. Currently, there is a listing on ebay for 4500 pts. at KBC with only 1 bid at $1 and MFs of $671. Do these sorts of resales include all the benefits you get from going direct? I looked at another posting listing the types of memberships, but none of them sounded quite like what we were offered...

I currently have 6,500 DRI points and am looking to add another 3,000 or so. I am NOT a Club member right now but own in the Florida Trust. My question is this--if I buy an additional 3,000 points in the Florida Trust, will DRI combine them all together, or will I only be able to book up to 3,000 points from one account and 6,500 from another? I guess I could separately book hotels and ...

According to the points directory, Sedona Summit is 4500 points minimum during most of the year. It appears everything's 75% off within 59 days and 50% off until the end of the year. I called customer service and they really couldn't tell why or how long it would last. The rep said that resorts sometimes discount their points when they're very underbooked (really?!). He said there was no ...

Hello, I have a question. I have paperwork that shows that the San Luis Inn Resort Avila Beach is a part of the US Collection. I also know that it is a part of the California Collection. However, I don't seem to have the 13 month Home Collection advantage of making a reservation 13 months out. I can only see 10 months out. Is there something wrong here or am I mistaken in some way...

I have a 2BR floating week at Arizona Villa Mirage with a MF of $860. Recently while on vacation there the sales team offered to convert this deeded property into the DRI points system 10,000pts + The Club + into the US Collection for $8500 + MF $1400. At first I agreed and then declined. The follow-up sales person offered 11,000pts for $4500 + the Club and $235 added to my present MF. I was ...
