Update: the VC I talked with on the phone arranged for me to be set two more confirmations, but no guest certificates. Just after talking with her, and before starting this thread, I sent e-mail off to RCI saying I hadn't gotten my guest certificates. Today I got e-mail with honest-and-for-true Guest Certificates attached. This *is* different from the confirmation, and it's what I remember getting in the past. This was solely because...
