I found this note yesterday posted on their web site and you may like to know about it in advance, in case you are planning to visit this resort.
A lot of people were very disappointed to find out last April that the pool was empty because it was being refurbished which lasted until the middle of June, I believe. It was posted on their web site well in advance ...

check-ins) or Friday arrivals.
The 13 month rule applies only to multiple week owners booking either contiguous or consecutive weeks, either at the same or at ...

Still on a learning curse. If you own a 2bd/2ba
lockout, can you work directly with Marriott to reserve two weeks utilizing the lockout feature, or do you have to exchange into II to make the use of the lockout feature?...

Marriott has no internal exchange system yet so you need to exchange through II or any other independent Exchange Company. Some Marriott resorts even exchange with
RCI and II. There are rumors that they may introduce an internal exchange system but it hasn't happened yet. The rumors have been flying around for several years already.
If you buy resale, you have all the same features that ...

We stayed there in March. Everything was updated and nice.
It's a small complex. The units on the ends are
three stories and in the middle they are four stories. It's small enough that I don't think it matters on location.
I never want a handicapped unit anywhere we stay so I always check at the front desk that we have a bath tub in the second bathroom. But that's just me - our girls ...
