Thanks! Is this all that's open at Busch Gardens? We'll be there Xmas week and I see they're only open on Saturday the 26th and Sunday the 27th from 3-10pm. Are the rides open at all, or do you just go and see the shows?

I was half way through my introduction when my cat stepped on the keyboard. I retired in 2004 and live in the Metro Detroit area. I retired young as I had 30 years with Ford Motor Company. Right now it is late fall. And the chill is starting to settle in. A little about myself - for 15 years I bred & showed Siamese cats; I got out of the hobby in 2002. Now, I am going to try my hand at breeding koi. I have a pond in my back yard as...

Hello everyone, I just bought a timeshare yesterday from "Mystic Dunes Resort & Golf Club" in FL. I did not want to buy it but my wife insisted and, when we got home, I showed her my math and now we're both remorseful . I am leaving town later today but it will be less than 24 hours since I bought it. I can still go there and cancel everything. All I paid so far was $300 thru credit card plus 2 installments of...

The state of Florida allows 10 days for cancellation. Do not go into the sales office to cancel because they will do every thing possible to prevent a cancellation. Make sure you return the owners bag, send by separate certified mail and enclose a copy of your cancellation letter. You should have a hard copy of all documents you signed showing your signature.. Only copies of the paperwork (without your signature) will be on the CD. The...

You CAN walk into the office and cancel but, you must get a written receipt that you've cancelled the contract. I've done this before myself. I would still suggest using certified mail to send in the rescind letter as well, just in case. I am a believed in covering my bases.

Most likely a scam- you will be able to confirm that if they ask for any kind of a fee.

We are in San Francisco and looking for some location on California central coast, or inland, for December this year.
We got invited to presentation to Napa ts once while walking in San Francisco in the jazz festival area. Got 3 nights free. Our stay was great.
Also, for example, it's easy while in Las Vegas, various companies are pulling you in and then keep ...

Don't know, I have 3 rentals this year, 2 get taken. But I have not any pass summer, so don't know what kind of market it is now.
You may want to put all your next year's point on credit pool. It will cost extra $30. But if you can not rent it out before 15 days cancel time, you can always cancel it and deposit them to RCI.
Make sure your price is very attractive. You need to ...

As a former customer, I haven't seen anything at Holiday at a price I would buy in years. Lots of turnover in people and I also don't get the calls I once got on new inventory.
