I'm going to disagree with his numbers just because I feel he is speculating more than anything. I don't see unemployment going over 12% until after Christmas and more closer to the 1st of the year or soon after the sales figures come out post holidays. Due to store closings and post new years sales that never make the expectations of the market, commercial real estate will take a huge hit and unemployment will at that point...
