I bought a rubi ND180 because Dave@TT had none from buybrandtools cheap but waited 4 weeks for it. I had to call them because they didnt answer there emails and the indian fella gave me some story about spanish fuel strikes!!!

Thought £200 was a bit steep for it myself, screwfix or B&Q are never the cheapest. It's certainly no Panasonic.

iv'e got the bosch one it's great for the price £140 it's like the de walt try looking in cash converter's see a de-walt in one the other day for £30 pounds it looked good

I have both and the fein is much better than the bosch version ( green one)...but at that price it is worth purchasing and if it lasts a few months of continuous use then worth it.

Hi, I use 3 types of cutters daily, a Rubi TS40, 2 Huffa`s 47 + 63 and a Montolit MP60. I find it hard to say what is the best, as they all have their good and bad points.Have I found my dream cutter? I can only say no! 2Balls

Are the tiles ceramic or porcelain? A jigsaw will only be useful if they are ceramic. I was using a jigsaw myself last weekend on some small ceramics and after a very small number of cuts they just slowed right down, so I gave up - maybe the ceramics I had were partucularly hard.
I suppose as long as the curve is not too sharp, a jigsaw cut would be possible.
Alternatively, get a scoring ...
