Nice one Rich
In my line of day-job work, I cannot possibly know everything there is to know about the intricasies and detail, so I always speak to someone who does know these things before I make a decision or respond to something.
Just a little bit of reflection and
forward thinking can stop a lot of things going completely wrong.

The best selling one is the BFKMX - (Or Bathroom Fitters kit MAX )
It has all the common sizes used in a Kitchen on bathroom. Diamond drilling of
Porcelain tiles is fairly priced and of course we do other kits for different sizes if you need them too.

Let me assure you not to confuse our brand (365
Drills PORSADRILL) with cheap imports or other drills. At our factory in Sheffield (England) we produce these to very high specs.
At the working end of each drill we combine a secret blend of high quality diamonds mixed with our own adhesive bond.
We cant go into detail on forums about what we do to make these drills so strong because of...

As suggested elsewhere here, if you use the saw regularly, it's worth
splashing out on a Montolit DNA blade - but use wet, NEVER dry. That's why
you got the wet saw. Using a
diamond blade dry will give you both poor
quality cuts as well as a short blade life. Also, don't force the blade -
pull it through with just one finger, that might help you get the speed
right.

Yeah that would do, better with a spear head drill but not nescessary. Slow
speed and NO hammer action.

I doubt that's your real name!
Well Mr puffnstuff have you got an
electric diamond wheel wet tile cutter.
If so make your marks on the back of the tile - take off the guard - and place tile over wheel. Works nearly every time for me.
You can of course use a 100mm diamond blade angle grinder.
Have fun.
John.
