Try a "Full Restart" of TiVoWeb. If it still fails then it is probably a tivoweb issue. A quick search of this forum reveals: http://www.tivocommunity.com/tivo-vb...ight=genrenums and http://www.tivocommunity.com/tivo-vb...ight=genrenums

A script to check if a recording is in progress and, if not, change channel should be doable and I imagine it could be done by bastardising existing scripts.

Does the new and old router have the same local ip range and default gateway ip? if not something will have to be changed. either the router details or the ip address of tivo. Do you know the ip address of your tivo? can you still access it? Automan.

I once failed to get any link light after a cachecard install when I failed to attach the configured Freeview recording source. See this thread for details.

Trying to change channel logo...

The FSIDs where the logos are will be unique to your installation so it's pointless asking . Some daily call updates remap the channel lineups which messes up TiVoweb logos. It's a small price to pay for enjoying logos the rest of the time. When channels have been changed in the lineup like this, as Tinitron says you have to do a full restart of tivoweb for it to recreate indexes. Next, check that the channels appear correctly in the...

Even though you are changing channels using a SkyEye thing on RF2, I am fairly certain it still looks for stray infra red signals hrough the front port BEFORE sending the channel change request through the SkyEye. So my advice would be to look for stray IR. Remote control falling between the cushions? Remote control under a magazine? Any new changes to light sources (e.g. energy saving bulbs...

Haven't posted for years and years on here but view it regularly, have V+ and Vista MC but still prefer the magic of TiVo even in its S1 SD format. P.S. Still think the missus wants first dibs on it in any divorce settlement So that emphasizes its hallowed position in this household!

Do we think there is any likelihood the same codes are used for all boxes like Sky or can we assume that as with Freeview every box manufacturer uses their own IR codes. At least there are only four box manufacturers to deal with for now. Perhaps someone with a Pronto could keep buying a box from Argos and capturing the codes and then taking it back citing technical difficulties with ...

There is an incorrect deletion for Sky in Thursday's update - which will correct on Friday. It is a SBO channel - so unlikely to cause any impact to anyone.
