AMsoil Dominator does have extremely good film strength, but this is certainly an extreme case. If your bottom end is going to go it will definitely start to make noise first that will be above and beyond normal. Once it does start making noise from a failed bearing it will fail fast. I personally would do a complete winter rebuild just to avoid the catastrophic failure. JMHO Walt

The other day during a massive search for info. on the new CR50, Someone, somewhere, posted a PDF file of the new 630 spec's. Has anyone seen or have the spec's for the CR50 yet? And yes a big thanks to Husky Rips!

I'd like to apologise to Les at LT Racing after it was brought to my attention that my initial post could be interpreted as a 'shot' at him. Having re-read my post, I see that it certainly could be interpreted that way. It sure wasn't my intent to put anyone down. I just wanted to point-out a fix that worked well for me. Now if I can just get that foot removed from my mouth...

This a completely different carb than the 08 or earlier carbs. What most of the guys have been running is: 450 main #4 slide the kit needle with the clip in the 4th slot down 32.5 pilot 1.5 turns out on the air screw If you still have the bog, I would look into a carb divider. 125's just don't draw the same kind air volume across the jets when the power valve isn't open. Good ...

Nice reviews . Must know the dealer pretty well to get a test ride like that, or he was reasonably assured he was going to make a sale . Good to see the 300 doesn't run out of top end. But sounds like you could really use a 6th gear on it. That's why I got the 360 - for the 6th gear.

Recently one of our riding group accidentally failed to mix his 2T Kaw to the normal 42:1 ratio. Before we realized the mistake, he ended up running about 20 miles of off road on a calculated 213:1 ratio with no ill effects. I'm sure he didn't do the engine any good but the thing held up and compression feels the same as always. He ran the machine another 100 miles to complete the weekend ...

Hello bud, does it have the same bore and stoke has the wr125 if it has. You may be able to get a 144 big bore kit from eric gore. Or maybe have the stock clyinder ported by stan stephens. Maybe fit some different reeds boyessen or aktive . Husky sport at cheriton are really good they have more tuning options for you.

I dont know about the -83 wr250 but they most likely have standard size bearings that you can find in any good hardware store or a machinery shop. I always buy my bearings from a local machinery shop wich also is cheaper than from a motorcycle dealer.
