I've always had good luck with the
Pivot Works stuff. Nothing is going to last very long if you don't clean and regrease on a regular basis.

I would go with heating the dent while the pipe is aired
up and under pressure.Get some rubber stoppers and a schrader valve on one and fill to around 20 psi maybe.Just wear some safety glasses and don't stand in front of a plug.Rubber bullet big time if it lets go.For the freeze method fill the pipe then measure the volume then subtract 10% for expansion.I prefer the heat method....

Buy a good quality cooler (e.g,
Rubbermaid) and, yes, you pack it inside the cooler. My engine didn't come in a box, just had a label on the cooler and it was well taped. Also, make sure to pack it well inside the cooler.
I've found that Fedex is cheaper and usually quicker than UPS, so you may want to give them a try.
