To be honest, never heard of a 409 plan. I'm guessing it's some sort of ESOP? Anyway, hard to tell if it's any good unless I know how the funds are invested. If you know the names of the fund/funds, just plug that info into
Morningstar.com.

I'm interested to know if anyone has had any experience with this site?
I tried using their signals in a dummy account and managed to turn $100 into just over $300 in two weeks.
