Gastric Balloon

If you use the search feature you will find ONE person who happens to be the one who makes all the travel plans and who i think is profiting off this, in mexico who does it. If you inserted a balloon in your stomach to lose weight and then removed it once you got to goal (or 6months- 1year later)... wouldn't you just regain that all back? I'm not quite sure of the long term stats for this nor do i believe that this procedure will work.

You know how much I love you. I swear we could have been separated at birth somehow. We stay in each others heads and finished each other sentences. There is no one here I had rather have on my side then you. Doesnt even look like the same girl in those two pics. You have done amazing even with the blips on the radar. I pray those days are in the past for you. Happy 2 years to my fave TT hooker! You are wise beyond your young 25 years!

Best of luck Tuesday! I cut and pasted this from a post I replied to a long time ago: *Buy extra toilet paper, in case you have several days of diarrhea. *Buy baby wipes (the large thick kind) for help wiping the hiney. (Don't flush!) *Definitely have Kleenex on hand. (I've been crying all week.) *Apologize to your friends/family before the surgery even happens, and let them know you won't be yourself. And apologize several...

Just had the chocolate powder for breakfast. I mixed only 1 scoop with about 6 ounces of water. I thought it was pretty good, but it was definitely more proteiny than the waters. I use a shaker cup, so I didn't have any problems with texture, actually thought it was pretty smooth and might cut it back to 4 oz of water. I'd say it's about your average chocolate protein powder, so if there is one that you like for cheaper with as...

This is a digital scale that comes preprogrammed with a complete database of nutritional info for over 900 foods--from coffee and tea to gummy bears and name-brand candy bars. The memory stores and recalls up to 99 food items, allowing you to see your total intake of calories, fat grams, or salt milligrams at the end of the day or week and track your personal eating...

Well, I don't want to drag the rest of you through my befuddled dating world. But maybe you can help me figure it out. I guess I don't really know what to do next. Do I put my hopes into Dave (AKA Cute Guy)? Maybe I should date Dan. He's a great guy. Or maybe someone else? Smily-eyed Guy, for instance, who went to a huge amount of trouble to figure out who I am and contact me, given that my profile was hidden after the dance and...

I can support this myself from both. I know when I did Adkins I had wicked headaches all the time and actually got stupid. I could not even remember my name. As soon as I went off it and ate a "normal" meal I felt great. I do wonder why Adkins is so popular though. I mean seriously a diet from someone that was overweight and not fit?

My surgeon never required a pre-op diet either. Most do but some don't. I phoned my Drs office a little while before just to make sure I didn't miss something and they told me that the only prep I had to do was no food or drink after midnight the night before....If unsure give the Drs office a call

Naked a lot lately? - 22 new posts

Ok, so it is just me, or have you, too been walking around your house naked or in your undies. Since the surgery and losing all this weight, I just love the feeling of strutting my stuff around the house in my undies or naked. I just realized last night as I was standing in my undies folding laundry. Now, obviously, I had clean and even warm clothes right in my hands, but it was just so fun and...
