Tylenol is fine, it's not an NSAID. Just be careful and don't take too much as it can do damage to your liver.

You might lose some. It's a common reaction to general anesthesia. Usually doesn't happen until two or three months after you have the surgery, though. I had my gall bladder removed at the end of August and was curious to see if I'd lose hair afterward, since it had really just started growing back from when I had my RNY. It's been three months though and I haven't noticed any loss.

Six month anniversary today. Wow how the time has flown by.
I have lost 69 pounds I believe because the batteries on both my scales are dead at the moment. I guess I'm not as obsessed with weighing myself as I was in the beginning. I am down from a size 24 to size 14. I am full of worry that this is it , that I wont lose the other 40 pounds I want to lose but in scanning this thread I ...

I just 5 months out so can let you know that I have had the weiner only (no bun) and could eat 1/2 but no fries - not ever again - because I love them and would just be addicted again. Just dipped the weiner in some honey mustard (very little) and enjoyed it for lunch. It really didn't sit well, so won't do it again for a long time. Someone else can let you know about 1 year post surgery. I ...

Quite a bit of the information being handed out here on this thread is incorrect. The Sleeve is now a stand alone surgery, but can be revised to RYN. The Sleeve is also quite effective, but like most things is not suited to everyone - for example if you're a perpetual grazer then its ...

have you considered trying another surgeon? I'd HIGHLY recommend meeting several doctors. I met with Dr. C. and just didn't have the chemistry. She seemed to be preoccupied. I chose Daniel Gagne at West Penn.

Yep, it will cause ulceration in the stomach cavity! To take them you would have to take them via a needle, IV or with some pill that would protect the stomach lining.
