Now what? For all the Keyes' supporters out there, I'm just wondering if you could walk me through what you think a Keyes presidency would look like, specifically related to the abortion issue. I've asked this in other threads but I haven't gotten many answers so I figured I'd start a separate thread. So assume Keyes was just elected as president, what happens now?

Pretty stupid, as it turns out, as least for those who attract the attention of the Canadian press. Some background: Quote: In a back-and-forth discussion Tuesday night of a Bush-Cheney energy bill, McCain had this to say about Obama: "You know who voted for it? You might never know: that one," he said, pointing to, but not looking at, Obama as he ...

Whenever McCain or Palin are in the spotlight, take a drink anytime one of them refers to themselves or their running mates as "mavericks". Note: "Mavericks" is a game for responsible voters of legal drinking age who will not operate heavy machinery like motor vehicles or voting machines while intoxicated. Warning: This game is for the strong of stomach, as large quantities of alcohol ...

I don't mean to be rude or crude, but if homosexuals were described in the Light of Truth in accordance of that which they are, and the deeds they perform, very few people would be willing to acknowledge them as "acceptable."

please vote republican The only feasible way to reduce abortion is to vote republican every chance you get. It is all about getting conservative judges on the Supreme Court. I tried to show this in these threads: Right to Life won’t happen http://www.theologyonline.com/forums...ad.php?t=51 144 The Democratic Party Platform for 2008 http://www....

Right now there are over 600 concentration camps set up in America, the largest one in Alaska (Palin?) that is capable of holding 2 million people. Are they set up for; A- People on social security and welfare when the economy goes belly up to avoid rioting and looting? B- Patriots willing to fight against the NWO. C- An expected biological attack for which cause those infected must be...

OK can someone illuminate me on this I have always been confused by the apparent inconsistency of the american right on issues of the ' right to life.' If life is sacred, it would seems to me that all life in sacred and this should effect both the abortion issues and the death penalty issue consistently, so if you are anti arbortion you would be anti death penalty also. Also of life has...

I was just thinking about this the other day, and I was curious to hear input from the denizens of TOL. Isn't it curious how Socialists and Communists often adhere to Evolutionary beliefs? At first glance, it doesn't seem that odd, but it appears to me that there is an internal contradiction with these two beliefs are held simultaneously. Darwinism and evolutionary thought says ...

Today, Schwarzenegger passed legislation supporting nurse-assisted suicide - I don't have all of the details of that, but I did note that many don't seem to have a problem with it. Suicide is wrong, to begin with, because of the intrinsic value of each human being made in God's image. We do not have the authority, in any circumstance, to end any life. (except for capital punishment) ...
