lol have you tried a program like CCleaner - Home it works with ie or FF and helps clean files out of your comp real good frees up tons of space too. It's FREE as well so thats really cool. maby theres some "secret" cookie file thats not getting deleted lol, never know these days. Hope it helps

Few things I noticed. remove the "uncategorized" button H1 tagged is no maximize header banner especially the image is blurry emphasize on the feature section try to put borders. Thats all for now

Yes, you can. You just need to be careful about images. If your new page is in a different directory it may not link back to your image properly unless it is hosted externally.

Not sure if you are using Wordpress but I'm using a plugin called page peel. You can get it off the WP plugin site.Maybe better out there but this one was easy enough for a newbie like me to use. Im using it on the site in my sig

You need to buy some action scripts to generate the covers. I use these ones: eCover Go - Online eCover and Graphic Generator but there are plenty of others around to choose from too.
