I'm working on a video project and I'm trying to find as many instances of reused live-action footage from TOS as I can, such as:
Shots of the bridge and viewscreen
Sulu or Chekov looking back over their shoulder
Spock staring into his viewer
Stuff like that. If anyone can help me track down which episodes these shots are in (and specifically, where ) it would be much appreciated.

Re: New TOS discoveries in HD/DVD
Interesting, but I can't open the link. Says it's forbidden.
I will say that the 1st season on blu-ray is fabulous. The colors are so vivid even in the original format.

To complete my costume, I need to make a TOS Phaser Holster. The Most common one I have seen is the Brown one. This sticks out like a sore thumb, but it also is the easiest to make. What I am intersted in is what they used to keep the phaser on the belt. It looks like Velcro, but I'm not sure. Any insight would help greatly. Thanks.

Hiya, folks.
Shows you how smart I am: I thought the Janice Rand door plate shot would be a dud.
Another week nigh-impossible to judge. The best of the best, including two first time winners (Mysterion and Volphone_the-Fox), one poster getting his second-in-a-row Spock Award for a double-win (Nerys Myk), and another getting his unprecedented THIRD-in-a-row Spock Award for a double-win (...

Well, it's worth remembering that during the production of the original series, Doohan, Nichols, Takei and Koenig were all "day players." They weren't in every show. Shatner was "the star," Nimoy was the co-star, and De Kelley received co-star billing starting with the second season. Everybody else? There *are* several examples where other crew members are in the positions normally occupied by ...

Help Please!!
Hello there!
I'm currently studying at University and as part of the course I have to put on a film festival.
I really want to put on some Star Trek episodes from the original series 1 but I'm not sure which ones to pick.
I've got room for six episodes so I'm asking for your help!
What would you pick as the ...

Re: Where No Man - great dialogue
I like this episode a lot too. It is the second pilot, so it is Trek when Trek was brand new. I liked the Cage uniforms still being used. Also, a reason I prefer TOS to all other Trek is that the sets and visual effects are cheap compared to today's standards, so it brings out the characters more....
