I'll join this club. Several years ago, I decided to defrost my freezer, it being inconvenient that I could only store one TV Dinner at a time. Needless to say, I got impatient and got out a hammer and a Phillip's head screwdriver. It went well for a while until the screwdriver went through the back wall of the freezer, releasing an unpleasant odor and compromising the the appliance's ability to generate coldness. My new...

For me, i wear boxer-briefs and have for years. Regular briefs just ... look too childish and ... for a different time. I used to wear boxers before i went to boxer-briefs. Much more comfortable.

Legend has it that someone who loses one limb will gain strength in the other (probably from using it more). But would losing a limb also make you gain weight? Your mouth would be the same, your stomach would be the same, the amount of food you usually eat would be the same, but you'd have substantially less body that you would need to fuel. Would these extra calories then go to your gut?

I'd wager that the definition of "small town" would vary from person to person. A town of 25,000 is too big to be one of these places where everybody knows everybody like Mayberry.
But the town my parents moved to three years ago is definitely a small town (small enough to have only one school for all of town's kids.

20 minutes each way, on a motorbike. Much longer if I went by car. Quite a nice ride, I can go the scenic route through the countryside, or take the main roads which is perfectly pleasant down where i live as well. It's about the same travel time either way. The countryside route is longer in mileage, but with no traffic or lights.
No parking charges, I can park wherever the hell I like, can't...
