What I can't understand is why there was no anouncement at a big event like the Tokyo Motor Show?? Can the big brass at Honda be so naive of good PR that they couldn't see some milage in such an anouncement????? Some times I really do despair of their lack of savy :(

Great farewell from NSX to SuperGT. It just shows how competitive the NSX has been for all these years. Hopefully the car will be successful in Britcar championship and maybe longer then just some races.

Very good news. Hopefully they do have a sinsible platform on which to build. After all in the 300 class cars like the WRX which is about as aerodynamic as a brick competes well against purpose built cars like the one run by Arta. san-tokie wrote: ARTA finishes 1st at Motegi! @brunobati They can't use a V10 in the GT500 only a Nippon V8 by the new rules.

What's odd about his move is that the Ducati WSBK boss just quit too. Coincidence or is something foul afoot at Ducati Corse? His new position is marketing manager which seems to be an odd fit for someone who was the team manager of a team that is a strong contender for the title. Honda certainly isn't the place you go if you want a big pay day. Interesting to say the least.

Ito is full of it. To say you don't regret giving up sponsorship of the F1 championship team is just a straight out lie. Also the way he blames the pull out on Takeo Fukui is a real scum bag move. Fukui lost the power struggle, was forced out and forced to pull the plug on F1. I'm sure Ito was at the forefront of the anti-Fukui/anti-performance movement.

As an aside, but Kobayashi is completely freaking nuts. Have you guys seen his scrap with Jenson Button? This guy is the driver that Toyota should have gotten at the start, since the other two are fairly safe and boring (which is to say, they probably won't win any races because they aren't willing to take risks). If Kobayashi's form continues, then he'll be what Takuma Sato should...
