You know, I don't think Florida has much to do with it. It just happens that a lot of snowbirds come to Florida. Many go to Arizona, Texas, SoCal, etc. The point should just be that cases of older people getting HIV are on the rise and I would bet you they are on the rise across every state. Fun and games with statistics. The best thing would have been telling us how many of those in the study had aids and did it track with the state average for that age group. But I guess that would have been too straight forward....or maybe the numbers didn't support their implication.
