Granted, he can't be everywhere, nor can the staff be everywhere, all the time. But the owners set the tone for behaviour at the club. Hope your upcoming experiences are positive ones. As I said before, the issues you had definitely aren't the norm based on our experience. Hopefully they were aberrations for you and things will go smoothly from here on. No need for the continued tough-guy talk though. We get it, you're a tough Italian who will kick anyones ass who crosses you. Lets get back to swinging discussions
