Are you saying that if the main computer is used the Xbox live keeps cutting out?? I think the issue maybe unrelated and it may be an issue with the Channelling altogether, You have already stated that your not very technical, so I dont know if this is going to sound easy…. Hi,Your problem is identical to mine. It all started about 6 weeks ago. Having said that I was finally back on about a week ago.Until yesterday, before the problem was no ADSL, now ADSL is OK but no DNS available........"it will take approx 4 days to fix"!!! Came the reply. Sorry I haven't got a cure....

I think the real problem here is more universal than just Tesco, I have dealt with lots of them and virtually all have completely inept 'customer services' or whatever name they use instead. Until they manage to actually COMMUNICATE with their customers (the service they should be providing ! ) we'll just keep on moaning at them and also those rubbish 'call centres' which are even worse !

Well I'm not with Tesconet and don't know how competitive they are so all I would say is also consider reliability in your search - in some cases in can be better the devil.
