Since discovered modem is a bt voyager 190 adsl runnin aol 9.0 win xp home sp2 Is anyone out there or have u all run away the forum is quiet

hi dont know if anyone can help or if anyone else is having this problem. But since yesterday I cannot open aol, or it seems anything with aol in the URL...which is a pain as my email comes via aol...... I've tried using safari and firefox and still no joy......I've never had this problem so I'm totally baffled... any ideas anyone? cheers Lisa i'm using MAC with virgin broadband ...

hi, do you know the info site samknows, it lists all bt exchanges around the uk, and has the info as to which isp's services (llu) adsl 2+ ect that are available in your area, first i would check that out, im with uk online (easynet), and have had a stable /reliable connection since it went live no drop outs at all, and a constant speed of 7.6mbps out of 8mbps they have free phone support, and ...

I Did that and it sed The Phone line busy (but its not) Error 676

finding aol getting worse and worse not a happy person

My speed should be 8mb but the max I have seen lately is 3mb and the lowest (after 7pm) has been 0.2mb, I have spoken to their customer care and all I got was the usual try this try that (I think the operator was reading from a book!). They eventually did a line test and all they would tell me is that I have a strong broadband connection - they would not answer my questions properly or didn't ...

So your ISP is Verison? are you in america? this forum is for AOL Broadband the UK company.
