All those, who corrected me about the name "Anne" - you are all perfectly right, thank you for pointing out the unfortunate error in the list.
After a little more research, it becomes apparent that Anne was a popular choice for Royal names (not necessarily the first one) from the times of
William the Conqueror.
It seemed especially popular with the illegitimate daughters for a while.

A friend of mine lives in Kennington just
over the road from where Mr Tallon used to reside. Whenever I go to visit her, we always see some famous face as the road is packed with 'names' but I never once saw Backstairs Billy despite him living the closest to her. Then again, if I had seen him, what could I have said? Sad to hear he passed away.

In public, or when in the middle of some
royal function, I would imagine they say Your Majesty/Your Royal Highness. When in private and at home, I would think Grandmum/Granddad, Mum/Dad....that sort of thing.
