I'd look at ABP. Expensive, but the best gator makers in the biz. If you need something special (aka super long deployant band), they can make it better than oem. http://www.abp-paris.com/

No issues. It is a well tuned ETA 6497-1 movement. One of the safest and most reliable movements out there.

If you googled a bit... the estimated production of Pam was around 50K per year while Rolex is 730K+... apples and oranges... enjoy the club...
