Today.. Breakfast: Green tea w/mint. Lunch: Chicken salad sandwich and potato chips. Dinner: Grilled tilapia, green beans and mashed potatoes. Dessert: Apple cobbler w/a scoop of vanilla icecream.

Try Stacy's Pita Chips........Plain are wonderful, but my favorite are the Cinnamon pita chips............they are deadly, and I am addicted!

^ I want to try that.. amouse bouche sounds so yummy. I think watching too much Top Chef has really made me want to try some myself. OP, I am very similar to you! I can't buy Cape Cod sea salt and cracked pepper chips or else I will eat the whole bag. It's insane how good they are. I love red original Doritos (even though they smell like feet, seriously), original Cheez-its, whole grain Goldfish crackers, Triscuits, Wheat Thins, pretzel sticks, Cheese puffs, Nabisco cheese crackers, etc.

theres a theory that if you're truly in tune with your body's wants and needs the cravings that you have are really your body seeking a nutrient. i dunno if i subscribe to it, but its interesting :)

I like to put chocolate ships in my choc cupcakes..I just sprinkle like 6-7 onto the batter and they 'cook in'..they stay firm when cooled and it adds a nice surprise....
I've been thinking of dropping a bite-size snickers or milky way into them next time..not sure how it will bake though..wondering if it would sink to the bottom and create a mess or stay put in the center...anyone ever done...

I'm not a huge meat eater (usually only poultry) so I get a lot of stares when I tell people I don't eat hamburgers, steak, or sausage. I'll eat them if I have to but I'm not particularly fond of them.
