I really like Dominik. Winslow was a great trade, Gaines Adams was highway robbery, Stroughter looks like a great steal, and supposedly he was a big part in bringing in Penn and Clifton Smith. Morris, I have been unimpressed with. I am, however, willing to give him more time simply because he is so young and is still learning. Bates and Olson, however, both have no excuses for sucking.

I'm not too concerned about him, honestly. His college film was garbage and I figured he'd continue his errors in the pros, but he's been surprisingly good. Just give him more starts, a better rapport with his targets and a better understanding of the offense. Basically, give him time. I think he'll be a solid starter for the foreseeable future (how weird is that to say for a QB in Tampa?)....

Perhaps he should have thought of this back in March or April when he could have done something about it, or kept a defense in place for a year that did cater to his players' skill sets.
