The bed I am planning will have a simple waterbed look. The room will hold a King Sized bed but not a lot more, I find that when the room starts getting crowded I bust my toes on the foot board of most store bought stuff. It will have drawers in the platform with a toe kick like a kitchen cabinet. I am fretting over how to bring the load from the mattress deck down to the floor, but I think I will do that with plywood dividers. I will use a...

I went ahead and pulled the trigger (or pressed the button on the Grizzly website as the case may be), so hopefully I'll have it in my garage within a week or two. Delivery should be "fun" - comes in two crates one of which is 400-something lbs and of course the driver is only responsible for getting it on the ground (with added $25 for lift gate service). I read through the install manual...

Assuming that they don't warp or split as they dry, can we still use them as planned? Will they take stain differently than the part that did not get exposed to water? If so, will it help to just resand the entire surface? I don't have a clear picture in my head of how the wood was damaged. I am guessing that the water wicked up a little ways on the edge of of each piece. If that is the ...

I read that and clenched my fists and fingers.Was the 16 ft. board supported at the other end?Something to be said about featherboards to hold down or against the fence.....Happens in a flash.....bear
