I have found an amazing 2 bed room flat on Novoslabodskaya. It is NEWLY renovated. Fully modern light blue kitchen and most important the place is fairly stylish too. Literally two minutes from the Novoslabodskaya metro and 7 from Mayakovskaya metro. Price is 25000 Rubel or $849. There is no agent involved. So there is NO COMMISSION!!!

I wouldn't dare going to a restaurant where there are a few people eating.. - a few people usually means restaurant expensive enough, having some chance that toilet will be clean and convenient Free WiFi points in Moscow are there: http://wifi4free.ru/msk/ - if blue waves sign has a hanglock on it - then access is paid.

This is the world today , we travel and we are all over the world including Russia. Are we talking about the English speaking community, of which includes Germans such as yourselves. The first few weeks in a new place- especially Russia- can be the most disorientating- so do ask here if you have any questions about life here.

As I am recruiting French and German Speaking Nannies for positions in Moscow, could I ask any nannies currently working in Moscow: what would be the one peice of advice that you would offer other nannies who are considering coming to work in Moscow?
Many thanks - Kevin Johnson

Hi Natalya,
I feel very comfortable here, but I guess it can be hard for some.
Your offer strikes me as a very kind one but I was wondering in what areas you are able to offer assistance and help?
