I heard AT&T has a less than good coverage area, especially around Jackson. I have no first hand experience though.

If that's what you're planning on doing with it I'd try something else. I used to have a basic sixteen footer that didn't have a cover. What I did to cover it up for the winter was pretty easy and cheap. Just get some lumber and make a quick simple frame work and then cover it with a heavy plastic tarp.
