Where is the evidence of a Jung-il stand in? Never heard that, but I would like to believe its true. A lot of party affiliated people seem to take info that they 'like to believe is true' as true.

I read the Oscoda paper weekly and do not see anything regarding this in a couple months. I support the sale and tax base this would provide to extreemly poor section of Michigan. I also see the point of not wanting to sell state (public) owned land. While I own land very close to this location I have never used this land for outdoors activities.

They'll go free. Trying them in Federal Court means that they get the same rights as anyone else. Those "rights" have already been trampled to such an extent that this case will probably be thrown out of court. The word 'technicality' comes to mind.
