I am not going to fight her on fish that I seldom eat myself when I have friends and family that want them. I catch enough fish we both like to be happy and I only fish for Whitefish with friends and family who want them if I go by myself it is just to relax and get out of the house and I don't care if I catch any or...

I heard that about the steelhead also Kelly. The biologists that was overseeing our Kings plants here was talking about a small atlantic stocking sometime in the future. If there are any fisherman around to pursue them.

Yes but it is legal to catch and keep them in Caseville. Its just that with the way this thread was going it didn't sound like you were catching browns when you were fishing for the lakers. Those are some nice Browns. congrats. Tom

It's possible, but not fun. 4x4 beam was knocked out with the last storm. Even with it up it's a long walk down the beach, and rather slippery this time of year when it gets under 32. I do it alot, but i'm really not normal

If people would not trash it and respect the station it would be great but you know how things go..Harley is a great guy the only reason he is there is he didnt want this town to NOT have a bait shop thats why he bought the last guy out that was ...

but I don't recall any pier from the days I lived near there. Few fellas fished from the park area in Escabananna, some pressure up by the dam. When I wanted my pier fix, I drove down to Menominee (maybe 45 minutes). In those days, it was a good steelhead and brown fishery but we're talkin' 1980-81. Maybe the UP river threads?

Some guy , fishing a mix of king eggs and steelhead skein in each bag seem to be doing better than everyone else. Buddy texted me yesterday afternoon to tell me that he's started fishing steelhead skein. Should have brought a camera, most of the fish were ...
