you want a good ne wind to get the
steelhead going in there. i'd bet now they are catching a few perch. cast some small orange/silver cleos for steel.

Mostly the very last hour of light and then
into the night. Some days all night then other days just till midnight or so...never know...but mostly a night thingy..

Sounds great, now if they can bump up the limit to 5 the same as salmon, you might have something. They definately need to be thinned out. I'd be happy if they were open all year

I know Harley quite well I can run it by him and see what he thinks.. The biggest problem is going to be the abuse from the few ofcourse. If people would not trash it and respect the station it would be great but you know how things go..Harley is a great guy the only reason he is there is he didnt want this town to NOT have a bait shop thats why he bought the last guy out that was ...

Hey Steve, A little better on the other side. A frenzy at
day break and a few more later on. Color did not seem to matter. Some guy , fishing a mix of king eggs and steelhead skein in each bag seem to be doing better than everyone else. Buddy texted me yesterday afternoon to tell me that he's started fishing steelhead skein.

but I don't recall any pier from the days I lived near there. Few fellas fished from the park area in Escabananna, some pressure up by the dam. When I wanted my pier fix, I drove down to
Menominee (maybe 45 minutes). In those days, it was a good steelhead and brown fishery but we're talkin' 1980-81.
