Yes, I have been thinking about this too. I can only relate my experiences. I will admit however, the affection of the children did become an issue in our household, one of horrible arguments. yeah those rumours were only in the 80's how strange that may sound, later on all the other crap came, i tried too google on it but ofcourse i can't find stuff about it, it's wayyy before internet times, but that rumour goes around for ages also with the other crap i posted before, even back then it was really bad at some times...
