A Good Day

That was a great day! My wife shoots very well. Even though she's probably fired 10% of the rounds I've fired in my life, she's really a natural. And as for Pappadeaux's, it's our special event restaurant. I love it!! You're a lucky man.

I have just spent ten weeks recovering from a motorcycle accident. due to injuries I was forced to try a new carry method, appendix, and I liked it. of course I bought a new rig for it. worked from crutches to a cane and finally got to where I was healing enough to ride my bicycle. so yesterday I am out for a ride with my dog ( on a Springer attachment ), anxiously awaiting a call saying my Harley is finally ready to...

Deadman, I'm truly sorry to hear of ALL your recent difficulties. I sincerely hope your recovery is quick, and you are riding again soon. I live in an unincorporated (read "way out in the country") part of my county, and loose dogs are an unfortunate fact of life. In my case, the animal problems are multiplied by the squirrels, rabbits, armadillos, raccoons, opossums, deer, and even coyotes that wander across the roads...

Pretty unacceptable to have an LEO draw their weapon on a guy who just crashed his bike and is all beat up. I'd be writing a complaint to the LEO's and consider taking legal action against the dept.
