I do something like that but on the stationary bike. I usually set the machine at level 8, then ride at a pace of 75 to 85 rpm. After a 7 minute warm up, I will do a minute of 100 rpm then rest a minute at 75 - 85 rpm. Then after the 20 minute mark I set the machine at level 5 and do 2 minutes at 100 - 110 rpm and back down to 75 - 85 for 2 minutes. I do this until I get to 40 minutes than ...
