There are so many ways this thread could of went based on the title

Ya know... I was looking at my team's Series Records page on MFL and noticed that I have a 0.327 winning percentage for my 4 year tenure with the St. Louis Rams. Seeing this, I realized I should be fired. Maybe we should add something to the rules to allow for if a team has below a certain percentage within so many years that they may be fired. Possibly a vote by the entire league to remove an inept player. Nuke, you better watch out if...

I probably would be in favor of home filed advantage bonus or homer bonuses either. I love the homer aspect of the league in having a minimum number of homers. However, I love the flexability to have the option to add the best players available regardless of what team. I could live with the home field advantage bonus but not so much the homer bonus.
