Brady vs. Campbell
Published (2009-12-23 00:41:00)
QUOTE (Jastrmerel @ 12/22/09 9:26pm) Would you be able to live with yourself if you started Campbell over Brady and lost because of it? Brady. Go with who brought you to the dance. You're not going steady with these players. You pick the player who you think gives you the best chance to win. Often people choose players based on reputation rather than matchup and recent production. Brady has played poorly in his last two...

Help Picking a D
Published (2009-12-23 15:16:00)
Wow, the Giants are on the wavier wire in your league? Their backs are against the wall, and I think they bring the D against the Panthers. Plus, I can't see Matt Moore being that successful in the Meadowlands. I think Washington will play better this weekend... Dallas could let down after the big win at N.O. I would go with the G-men.

2010 keeper advice

In a keeper league non-ppr, I have the following. Moreno B Wells Rivers Calvin Jennings I can keep 1 as my first round pick or I can throw them all back and choose out of the total pot of available players.

Benching Roddy White?
Published (2009-12-20 08:16:00)
Listen to these guys, they are right. Revis has shut down all the big name wide outs this year. I picked up Bryant off waivers and I have him starting, I think it will be his best game of the year. But you should play anyone but Roddy tomorrow. good luck

Welker and Boldin Choosing between Mendenhall and Bradshaw I would choose Mendenhall because he's the back in Pitt.

Some RB WDIS Advice
Published (2009-12-22 00:36:00)
While Ganther wasn't a killer start, he was the guy to start amoung these three. 1 TD, 21 yards rush and 2 rec for 18. He was the safe start I said he would be, and Jennings and Foster were zeroes. It's about probabilities and knowing these fickle coaches. Now, are ya gonna start Harrison next week? Should you? I'll give my take on it later. I'm sure many wait with baited breath...LOL.

I would suggest LT and pick up Maurice Morris I think Mccoy and Westbrook may negate each other ...read today Westbrook getting first team snaps but who knows how ready he is and how much he will lose to Mccoy forget Julius Jones who is injured on top of being completely ineffective on the road I would not trust Foster ( nor Kubiak ) and Texans are a passing team , period for rest i would go warner at QB Djax and Mason at WR ( wayne has to...

Is there any reason why I would go with S-Jackson over Wells in a TD only league ? I have to pick from Jackson or Wells and they play each other but despite Jackson being the much better back I think Wells is the call here. He is more likely to get the TD.

Grant is the SAFER pick, but Harrison has more UPSIDE. Mangini is competely unpredictable---remember Cribbs got 8 carries a couple weeks ago and Jennings was supposed to be the hotshot RB in Cle last week! Plus Cleveland really isn't playing for anything. On the other hand, Grant is at home and the Packers still haven't clinched a playoff spot so they'll be playing hard. Plus Seatlle ...

Yeah, but it's 3 guys on a very good team! How many TDs has Witten scored this season? 1? 2? Absolutely roll with Finley, man!!! I don't know who your other RBs and WRS are, but Jennings is a roller coaster----7 pts or 25 pts, but usually good for at least 7. (1 pt every 10 yds). I'm rolling with jennings in a title game but pretty much have no choice. If he grabs another long bomb ...

Nedney or Carpenter, either should get a few extra pts. and FG opp's. Mien: http://forums.thehuddle.com/index.php?showtopic=31 2798 QUOTE (kdrkid81 @ 12/23/09 2:31am) Ok its the Finals so every point counts. I currently have prater but he is playing PHI. Kris Brown is available as is Carpenter and Nedney. Should I pick up one of them or keep prater in? Nedney against DET can be ...

Chris Johnson in for sure. I've been a waiver wire whore and have stockpiled a bunch of guys, mainly to keep 'em away from my SB opponent, but also to play one: Which TWO would you play as your RB2 and Flex? It's a PPR league. Beanie Wells vs. Rams - great matchup Jerome Harrison vs. Raiders - Good matchup, but flash in the pan? Brandon Jacobs vs. Panthers - almost certainly not ...

Basically who would you play? Last week both barely showed up. Roddy has been up and down all year with 1 monster game and maybe 2-3 games of double digit points. Meachem has been hot week in and week out (except last week where he still led NO in yards) for the last few weeks. Even if Roddy gets lucky, I can't see him putting up more then 9 points as a high and probably 2-3 ...

Playing the Matchups in the Playoffs I'm thinking of benching my RB2 LaDainian Tomlinson and my flex Pierre Thomas for Quinton Ganther and Chris Jennings in a non-PPR league with bonuses for long yardage TD's and for rushing over 100 yards. My Reasoning LaDainian Tomlinson is not getting many yards these days. However, he's racked up a TD in ...

Tony Romo has played well these last three games, so it seems like a no-brainer to start him against New Orleans inside the dome. Here's what concerns me. No opposing QB is playing well in the Superdome this season. In 6 home games, only two passing TD's have been scored. The NO defense has also racked up 13 INTs at home and 24 INTs total. Here's a list of top QB's that ...

Last week I challenged anybody and everybody to take a stab at guessing who would perform the best out of the players I had. I needed 5 starters, and gave 7 choices... NOBODY GOT IT RIGHT!! I want to extend this offer through this week since I deposited $50 into my paypal account that won;t be used for anything else. In order to win, you must post your starters in a reply below. AND vote. ...

Hey All, I consistantly have a tough call at my RB2 spot (last week all were ranked similare, and actually scored similar). But I have Chris Johnson as my #1 so hopefully it continues to not be an issue. It's a standard scoring league Addai @ Jax - is starting, but will he play the whole game, ok matchup - Hart could steal some P.Thomas v. Dal - spliting carries, who knows Maroney @ ...

Need to start 2 RB's, 2 WR's, and choose an RB or WR for my flex from these: (0.5 PPR, standard performance scoring) R Rice vs CHI MaGahee vs CHI Gore vs PHI R Willimas vs TEN S Smith (NYG) vs WAS Wayne vs JAC S Rice vs CAR Cotchery vs ATL I can flex to 3 RB, 2 WR or 1 RB 4 WR. I'm leaning R Rice, Gore, R Williams and S Rice, Wayne. I'm also toying with the idea of starting both ...
