Garage Cleaning, Is that for...

I have been asked many of times if anyone can clean a garage? In my opinion, that depends on the individual and the company doing the cleaning. I would say..... SURE anyone can clean a garage even if they do not have the right equipment. If someone has a 2 GPM, can they clean a garage? Sure If someone has a filter that is 3 GPM's can they clean a garage? Sure they can. But the real question is " Can they do it in a timely matter...

In Arizona, I have always found them charged. I don't know why they are, but they are. I have also found some older garages that did not used to be alarmed, that are now. In my experience, at least in Arizona, if there is a stand pipe with a valve, it is a charged line. If you look close at that picture, you will notice rust behind the valve, which could be from when the line has been run to be cleared, but also it appears that the valve...

Did a test on a couple with both the SafeRestore and the WD40. WD40 worked better but neither would 'restore' them.

That hydrant may not work. It could be the kind that is only activated when the Alarm goes off(I'm hitting a blank what they call that. You could probably turn it on now but it will just let out the water in the pipes and then it runs dry...unless of course its alarm activated. I just did a parking garage and we looked into those and even opened around 4 of them and they all ran out of water ...

In today’s economy we find it works great. We do KEC and sell filters, hinge kits, oil containment, roof cleaning, and maintenance of oil containment. We sell parking lot cleaning, window cleaning, duct cleaning, snow removal, carpet cleaning and on and on. It has helped us make more money and save the customer money and time having one vender to clean everything. You have built a ...

Location of the flow switch is important. Look for piping that contains the water flow. From there you will find the flow switch.
