Yes I did. I meant no dis respect. It is just easier to talk on the phone than writing it all down. Again, when I said I would walk you through it, I meant our procedures. Any idiot can disconnect a drain, and you are NO IDIOT ! So again, no disrespect was intended and none should be perceived. The "stand pipe system" we only used once in our 21 years of cleaning a Parking Facility. Of course you must clean the unit before...

As to the question as to why I feel I need to join any group it helps to avoid a lot of trial and error plus just the learning from others experience. I would think also it help when making decisions about additional equiptment. As to specialty it has been 80% in flat work and buildings Commerical. However we would like to trainsition to about 50% KEC with the other 50% in what we are doing now. The other 20% we do now is residential which we...

Burners do not produce as much CO2 as they do CO, which is actually poisonous to humans. If you do garages, many of them will have CO sensors in them. You should also have a contact number for immediate contact if there is a problem in a garage. I charge a down time fee if I have to wait for someone to repair something in a garage. Also, you should feel a difference in the breeze even if the fan has only been on for a few minutes. They are for...

Phosphoric acid is generally the best to use on rust, BUT, it can etch concrete if you don't monitor it's dwell time. Rod!~

It can be used on brick and stucco, you can apply it with a pump up sprayer, downstream it, bucket and brush to surface... preferred method is a sprayer though.

Location of the flow switch is important. Look for piping that contains the water flow. From there you will find the flow switch.

You want to make sure that the fans are in working order for a test run 24 hrs before the day you are schedule to arrive on the job. By having them on a full day before, the garage will be " Cooler" and you will notice that the air is " Fresher". You will also notice a breeze within the garage. This will also help in the high Temp issues that one MAY have while doing the cleaning.

One issue is the Fire Sprinkler Systems..... Sprinkler heads, other than ornamental or plated heads, should be color coded, as outlined in NFPA 13, subsection 6.2.5 . The color identification may be by a single dot on the deflector, painting of the toggle arms, or for bulb type sprinklers, the color of the glass bulb. The Color-coding by the temperature-classification is as follows.......
