Ditto on Mr. Vogel and company. If you want good equipment, set up right, they are the veritable cat's meow.

Ok, bidding a small hospital kitchen floor, just general kitchen type dirt on the tile. My question is can I use my surface cleaner on it? I'm hoping to just use hot water and no chems if possible. There are several drains and we'll also have wet vacs and a sludge sucker if nesessary. Anything else I should be watching out for?

We are bidding on a 6 story apt complex so we walked the property with the super this morning. She was very stern and said that the last company to pressure wash the building left the windows with a foggy film that could not be removed. She said they had to replace $30,000 worth of windows. What causes windows to get foggy?

I shared this on PT State as well. I have no reservations about cleaning 60k sq ft. parking lot for a Muslim Mosque. But, apparently one of my subs does. His belief does not allow him to work on another belief's property. (one stip is that I'm "third party" so it might be ok sheesh) I just told him it's a regular day at the races for me and the finish line is green, This is business ...

I went and did a commercial job (Big Lots) and searched for water when I spoke with the manager. Did not find anything that resembled a water spigot that I have ever seen. Anyone know where I can go in terms of the internet to see the different types that exist. I did see something that might have been H20 but not sure. It was round approx 1.25 inches in diameter but did not have a valve to turn ...

The top panels of this building are fiberglass. They have black dirt lines running from top, not too bad, just enough that hot water wash doesnt quite do it. Was wondering what chem would be the best to downstream. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

My wife kicked me out or I would have asked her. What can I use to clean caulk. Used Eaco Chem, SafeRestore on the front of my sons Pak Mail store. The annodized aluminium looks great. But, what about the caulk. I couldnt get red clay off on Friday and problems again 2day.
