Very good - I like things based on evidence!
I'm in France and there are 58 (or 52 I've forgotten)
nuclear power stations. There is one just down the road on the Loire - it provides spectacular clouds (from the turbine halls) and plenty of photo ops and carries on with little attention from the public. There is also a rubbish burning station in another direction on the Loire near us (I ...

Hmm, I was recently thinking about moving my compost bin closer to my greenhouse, I think that move will happen sooner rather than later, I think you can see

That's jolly interesting - that's for the heads up. I guess that with the infrastructure in place for the charging at stops and strategic points en route, they could also offer wireless trolley buses as well (ie no need for rails to be sunk into the roads).
I wonder how much energy loss is associated with the wireless element? They stress the eco aspects of
light rail (which I'm all ...

Anyone remember HFW's "Gastrowagon"?
Well, it's now undergoing restoration down in
Cornwall!
Have a look at www.forum.landrovernet.com !
Really looking forward to it's completion!

Ihave no idea if anyone has posted this before: The Franco-
British Cycling Project. It's brilliant. Someone only just sent it to me, so I don't know how long it's been on. Watch the video, it is very inspiring (and bi-lingual!)

I'm suprised by the lack of responses...
I thought fuel costs would be a big issue - It is for me!!!
I'm nearly tempted to use illegal fuel - I'm really struggling to earn a living and keep my
head above water.
I guess it's not worth getting caught for but I'm not going to have a go at people who do use it. _________________ I'm a country member
