I'm no expert, so I'm sure someone else will pop along and help you out. BUT, I do remember my mum cooking the infernal creatures, and she just used to boil them up in water, skin and all, but heads off, and then flake the meat off. Can't stand them, to look at or to eat, in fact being allergic to fish now, I think the last time I tried one was a very very long time ago!

I use old margarine tubs and some special tuppaware type boxes to freeze meals in Tanya

Try this site for cheaper chemicals, http://www.thewinepages.org.uk/index.html . If the tablets are too old they will have lost their strength and be so hard you will not be able to crush them, cheers Dave NE

you can do all those things and it will work perfectly well. you can even throw them in there with the leaves still on.
