Yeah I notice that site, has update things since 2001. The have statements like "... for the upcoming HBO special, Band of Brothers" on their website. So I wonder if there still in business, plus if they having update their site, those prices may be real old, and out of date

He could well be Mexican- no attempt at a joke. His breeches definately look German but the hat a little less "Germanic". I've seen a few images of Mexican officers in the 1920-40 period as observers here in the US. The men were officers, with khaki cotton uniforms, with very "Germanesque" breeches and boots. Here's a good image of the Mexican hat of the period... knew I'd seen something in...

I recently put on a display of WW2 artifacts...and had a dummy dressed as civilian trials worker at a local Proof and Experimental establishment (Pendine, South Wales,UK) Got some pics somwhere...will post them when I find them.

I notice my for caps all have curved wings, but to tell the truth, I really don't know the answer to why the difference. But I'm willing to bet we'll all know the answer in a very short time! See below:

I got mine at a militaria show in Louisville last year. Unfortunately, no one repros them as far as I know (they should!) and I suppose they pop up on ebay and on militaria forums from time to time. There is a website called Omaha's that sells the Air Force B4-B bags, but they are blue and all postwar. Gene

One thing about WPG everything is made and shipped from overseas (Pakistan). My understanding is he doesn't keep any inventory in the states. So there is no Quality Control on WPG side, other than the customers inspecting his/her purchase, and then living with it or sending it back for a refund or replacement.
