by far the best paint to use is appliance epoxy. i own a powder coating company and have used this many times! here is how you do it: Painting lower legs with epoxy paint... -First remove tires and caliper(s)... -i then sand down with 220 grit sand paper... you need to get through the clear coat that is on most lowers (aircraft stripper will do that as well) then get a good profile on it ...
