QUOTE (Azza @ Nov 14 2009, 07:59 AM) Q1 - What do I need to do with this to convert it to a total loss system? I've searched the net but i cant find a definative answer on it as yet. I'm sure its not as simple as just as not using the stator and away you go and charge between sessions. I need to recirculate the charge somehow? How do i do this? That's all I've done with my ...

NEW info on this: when mounting this into a FZR400 or FZR600 your sprockets wont aling right. the rear is around .20-.25 off (what ever the thickness of a 520 pitch sprocket is it is off by that much) This is already using a 520 pitch offset 03-06 zx6r front sprocket. If you use this sprocket and a YZF600r motor you should'nt have a problem lineing this up. what you need to do to fix ...

It is pretty simple to set up. Youre right, its not just a switch, there is actually a float on there and it changes the resistance of the sensor. I have a YZF tank, and I hooked it up to a spare LED on my Electrosport guage. But there was only one problem I encountered. Whenever the low level light would come on, after abot 10 seconds, it would blow the signal circuit fuse, so i put a ...

I don't know about your specific application, but from what I understand the Kawi 636 front sprockets will fit our transmission shaft and have an offset to them that will effectively space out the front sprocket. Exactly how much I don't know, you might find something with a search.

QUOTE (fzr400tony @ Oct 24 2009, 05:35 PM) a strange happened when i went into the garage today. i looked in the back and remembered that old 1990 FZR400 that came into my life nine years ago as the parts bike that didn't have a part on it worth keeping. i sold my '88 about four years ago and i looked at it with pity and thought, i should really do something with that. so after ...
