To what island in the world...

Well, keep in mind that the Telmarines weren't too keen on the "magical" aspect of Narnia - in fact, they did their best to completely squelch it. Though some were comfortable enough with Narnia's magical identity to stay there after Aslan's reign was reestablished, it would stand to reason that the ones who returned to Earth were the ones least comfortable. They'd probably want to forget about their...

"There is no reason why they cant be going back to a time just after the original Telmarines passed through in to Narnia in the frst place." OK Asbel, true we don't know when the pirates first went through the chink to Narnia, but then we have to figure out whether they were the first ones to leave Earth or if it was, in fact, Polly. Did the pirates' chasm throw them forward in time to just around the time the...

This is one of many examples where the movie and the book are both very good, but different. I was disappointed that the movie wasn't more like the book, but if I hadn't read the book the movie would be great.

That was a change the movie scriptwriters made to the story that wasn't in the original book. In the book, Lucy is awakened from sleep by Aslan's call and some things happen after she follows Him, but that was totally changed in the movie.

Its sort of suggested that the Island is located somewhere in the Pacific.
As to where, its anybodys guess but they have to be sent to a place or time where nobody is going to notice them suddenly popping up out of nowhere.
The nearest `real world` incident that I can think of that parallels the whole Telmarine story is the whole`Mutiny on the Bounty` affair where the mutineers fled Hawaii ...

I still have my award winning Calormene costume (Emeth) so maybe if I was a
kid I could go out as that.

The only reason I put LWW higher is because it came first and because nothing can change the epic moment when Aslan comes over the ridge. I know a lot of people who like Narnia aren't Christian, but I am, and at the moment in my mind I said "And some day my savior also." It's an entirely spiritual reason to be honest. If I were judging by movie types the PC is more up my normal alley.

That was the river god. Sort of like the spirit of that specific river. The books specifically talk about river "gods" so it's logical that rivers had their gods. And no, it didn't look like Jesus. Jeeze, if everything with a beard looked like Jesus, the Copperfox does too. And who says that Jesus had a beard? Anyway, this has already been discussed in the following thread:

I don't know how hard it is to re-design a new banner/layout, but I would
imagine it's fairly difficult...but if Paul has the time, or someone else
does, it would be nice to see a new layout of the site, with a complete
Prince Caspian theme. I agree with you, but only if the people involved
have the time.

Oops! I believe there is already an old thread for this exact same question. I'm afraid it will be merged.
Edit: I found it. It's not exactly, exactly the same question, only because it has an added element.
